Current Research

CHArt supports faculty and student research engaging local solutions and global discourses, methods, and practices focused on tangible and intangible heritages. These projects include multidisciplinary approaches to human experiences involving expressions of culture, history, identity, place, and memory. Through these diverse approaches and practices of engaging with the past and with places we also aim to promote the stories and sites that foreground the heritage of communities underrepresented in heritage professions, practices, and conversation.
